Native Ecommerce
Run Your Store on the Same System as Your Inventory, Orders, and Financials

When your e-commerce platform and your back office are separate systems, inventory and pricing drift out of sync, orders lag, and you pay to integrate and maintain the gap. NetSuite SuiteCommerce is the native e-commerce platform that unifies your B2B or B2C store with inventory, order management, and financials in one system. Zanovoy implements and configures it to how you actually sell online.

What is NetSuite SuiteCommerce?

SuiteCommerce is NetSuite's e-commerce platform, built to help B2B and B2C merchants deliver online experiences on a mobile-optimized, cloud-based store that's connected to the rest of the business. Its defining feature is unification: e-commerce, POS, inventory, order management, marketing, customer service, and financials run natively in one system rather than as separate tools wired together. That gives you a single view of customer, order, and inventory data, with online orders flowing directly into NetSuite for faster, more accurate processing and real-time visibility across channels.

The Problems This Fixes

What SuiteCommerce Replaces

01

Integrations and Manual Process

Unifies your front-end and back-end systems, so the ongoing integration and maintenance cost of keeping a separate store and back office in sync goes away, along with the fragility that comes with it.

02

Multiple E-commerce Solutions

Supports both B2C and B2B selling from the same platform, so you can develop new channels and business models without standing up and maintaining separate systems for each.

03

Inaccurate Inventory and Pricing

Syncs front-end website inventory and pricing with the back office automatically, so what a customer sees online matches what's actually in stock and what it should cost, rather than drifting between systems.

04

Order Processing Delays

Centralizes order management so orders flow from the store into NetSuite and are fulfilled quickly and accurately, rather than waiting on a handoff between disconnected systems.

Fix the Store-to-Back-Office Gap

What It Does

One Platform for B2B and B2C Commerce

Complete, Unified Commerce

Brings ecommerce, POS, inventory, order management, marketing, customer service, and financials into one natively unified system, consolidating fragmented data into a single source so decisions run on real-time, consistent information.

B2B E-commerce

Creates sites that engage business buyers with the same intuitive, information-rich experience as a B2C store, and lets buyers manage the relationship online, requesting quotes, viewing account balances, and paying invoices.

B2C E-commerce

Delivers the personalized shopping experience consumers expect on any device, with image galleries, product comparisons, faceted navigation, advanced site search, social sharing, and ratings and reviews.

Any Device

It uses mobile-optimized responsive design, so you create content once, and the site adjusts to screen sizes and capabilities across devices automatically.

Business-User Site Management

It gives business users drag-and-drop tools to launch promotions, build landing pages, and publish content without IT resources, so the team that runs the store can change it directly.

Orders Flow Into NetSuite

Online orders move automatically from the store into NetSuite, so processing is faster and more accurate, and the order, customer, and inventory records stay consistent across the business.

See how this would run across your actual storefront and catalog.

What You Get From It

One System, Measured in What It Saves and Earns

01

Lower Total Cost of Ownership

A single unified platform lowers your overall technology and service costs compared with maintaining separate point solutions wired together, so you're not paying to run and integrate multiple systems.

02

One View Across the Business

Consolidating e-commerce, inventory, orders, and financials into one repository gives real-time visibility across channels, so the customer, order, and stock picture is consistent rather than reconciled from separate sources.

03

Sell B2B and B2C From One Platform

Supporting both models in the same system lets you open new channels and business models faster and at lower cost than building separate solutions for each.

04

Accurate Inventory and Pricing Online

Automatic syncing between the storefront and the back office keeps what customers see in line with real stock and pricing, which protects against overselling and pricing errors.

05

Faster Order Fulfillment

Centralized order management and orders flowing straight into NetSuite mean faster, more accurate processing, which protects customer satisfaction and retention.

06

Agility Without the Hardware

A cloud-based platform adapts as the business changes and removes the burden of managing hardware and software, so the team keeps pace without infrastructure overhead.

Stop paying to run and integrate separate systems.

We configure your storefront, catalog, pricing, and order management to match how you sell, B2B, B2C, or both, and connect it to inventory and financials so the whole operation runs as one system.

02

Proactive 24/7 Support

We support your store after go-live, so issues in the storefront, inventory sync, or order flow are caught before they reach a customer or your month-end.

03

Simplified Licensing & Onboarding

We handle the path onto SuiteCommerce, so getting your store unified with NetSuite does not become its own drawn-out project.

04

Faster Smoother Implementation

We configure SuiteCommerce to your actual selling model and catalog, rather than forcing your store to fit a generic template.

05

One Team for Everything

The people who advise on your store are the people who implement it, integrate it, and support it afterward.

06

Strategic Optimization Built-In

We tune your storefront, catalog, and order configuration as you add products, channels, and volume, so the store keeps pace with how the business sells.

A unified store delivers when the storefront and order flow are configured to how you actually sell.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Straight answers. No sales language.
Is SuiteCommerce a separate product from NetSuite?
SuiteCommerce is NetSuite's native e-commerce platform, built to run as part of NetSuite rather than as a separate system integrated to it. That's the whole point: the store and the back office are one system. We implement it as part of your NetSuite environment.
We already use Shopify or BigCommerce. Do we have to switch to SuiteCommerce?
No. SuiteCommerce is the native option, the right fit when you want the store unified with NetSuite and not out of a separate platform. But NetSuite also integrates with Shopify and BigCommerce, so if your existing storefront is serving you well, you can keep it and connect it to NetSuite instead.
Can SuiteCommerce handle both B2B and B2C selling?
Yes. SuiteCommerce supports both models on the same platform: B2B sites with quote requests, account balances, and online invoice payment; and B2C sites with galleries, faceted navigation, search, and reviews. We configure the storefront to your selling model, or both, so each buyer gets the right experience from one system.
What does post-implementation support cover?
Configuration tuning as you add products, channels, and volume; storefront and order-flow adjustments; and management of the connection between the store and the rest of NetSuite, so a lean team has SuiteCommerce expertise on call rather than a full-time internal admin.
