Jan has supportedinitial public offerings (IPOs) in both Frankfurt and New York and hasextensive expertise in designing finance function strategies. He has a strongbackground in setting up and testing Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC)systems, as well as optimizing financial processes through post-mergerintegration (PMI). Prior to founding Limestone Advisory, Jan worked for Rödl& Partner, KPMG and Germany’s Financial Reporting Enforcement Panel (FREP).
