Questions Leaders Ask Before Signing

We didn't implement with Zanovoy. Can you still manage our system?  
Yes. Road Map steps 01 (Business Review) and 02 (System Inventory) exist exactly for this scenario. We take over NetSuite, Coupa, and Adaptive deployments implemented by other partners, and we inherit the configuration on day one, with a documented audit, instead of pretending we already know it.
How is engagement scoped? Do you have different plans?  
Yes. Our managed services engagements come in productized plans scoped by monthly hours and application coverage. During a 30-minute scoping call, we match your platforms, usage patterns, and in-house bench to the right plan.
We already have support from NetSuite and Coupa. Why do we need Zanovoy?
Vendor support agreements cover the vendor's own product. They don't cover the integrations between your systems, the customizations you've built on top of either platform, or the administrative work both platforms require day-to-day. That's what Zanovoy covers. Most of our clients keep their vendor support agreements; we handle everything those agreements don't.
Can we license NetSuite, Coupa, Campfire, or Rillet directly through Zanovoy?
Yes. Zanovoy is an authorized reseller for NetSuite, Coupa, Campfire, and Rillet, which means you can license the platform and engage Zanovoy for implementation and managed services under one commercial agreement. Many clients prefer this: one vendor relationship, one contract, one team accountable from license procurement through ongoing operations. If you'd rather license through the vendor directly and engage Zanovoy for services only, that works too; we're equally happy either way.
Who's actually on my account?  
A named Practice Lead, senior functional consultant, and technical resource, drawn from Zanovoy's 120+ person financial transformation team. Same people month over month. Specialists are pulled in from the broader bench as scope demands.
What ticketing system do you use?  
Jira Service Management. Every engagement includes case creation access for a designated user group. Ticket SLAs are defined in the engagement agreement and tracked against the Seven Pillars framework.
 How is this different from our original implementer's support contract?  
Implementers often bill hourly and profit from scope creep. Zanovoy's engagements are structured around the Seven Pillars with defined hour bands and transparent monthly reporting. You see where hours went, which pillars they supported, and what's queued for the next month.
Can you work alongside our in-house admin instead of replacing them?  
Yes. Most engagements augment an internal admin with a senior bench. The internal admin keeps ownership of what they do best; Zanovoy takes the reactive ticket load, release testing, and optimization work that was crowding out their day.
