Can we license Rillet directly through Zanovoy?
Yes. We're a Rillet reseller and implementation partner, which means Zanovoy can quote and resell Rillet licenses directly, bundled with implementation. Many clients prefer this because it consolidates licensing, implementation, and managed services into a single vendor relationship.
 Is Rillet actually an ERP, or is it a finance platform?
Rillet covers GL, AR, AP, close, and consolidation, the narrower definition of ERP. It does not cover CRM, inventory, PSA, or HCM in the same system, but rather in a broader definition. Whether the narrower definition is enough depends on your business model. We'll tell you honestly during the fit assessment.
How long does a Rillet implementation actually take?
Rillet implementations can be completed in as little as four to six weeks for organizations with clean subscription revenue models, well-maintained CRM data, a focused entity structure, and strong executive sponsorship. For companies with more complex operations, we tailor the implementation plan to your data landscape, integration needs, and close calendar, ensuring a timeline that is realistic, efficient, and built for long-term success.
Is Rillet audit-ready?
Rillet is SOC 1 Type II certified with segregation-of-duties controls at the Enterprise tier. Several of our clients have completed audit cycles on the platform without material findings. As you approach IPO readiness or public-company SOX requirements, audit expectations shift; we'll tell you honestly during the fit assessment whether Rillet's controls match what your specific auditors will be testing.
What does Rillet cost?
Rillet publishes three tiers (Starter, Scale, Enterprise) priced by entity count, user count, and module selection. We can quote licenses directly, bundled with implementation. Total cost of ownership for a SaaS company in Rillet's ICP, license, implementation, and three years of managed services typically lands well below the equivalent NetSuite deployment. We can model TCO for your specific scope during the fit assessment.
Do you migrate from QuickBooks to Rillet? From NetSuite to Rillet?
Yes to both. QuickBooks to Rillet is the more common migration; we have a standard playbook covering chart-of-accounts mapping, historical transaction migration, and revenue recognition rebuilds. NetSuite to Rillet is less common but real; the challenge is that NetSuite configurations have usually accumulated undocumented customizations, so the migration typically starts with a configuration audit before we scope the Rillet build. We have delivered both.
